Actually, Mike didn't say he was throwing away his Braille Note. What he said was, because of all of the complaining, he was getting off the list. As memory serves, Mike has always stood by Humanware. The other part of your statement is correct, we should be able to express our frustrations. The sad part is, we can frustrate ourselves all day, but nothing will change. Many of us have written private messages to various people. Some people think Maurice Sloane can change all these things; not true. I asked him a question recently, and rightfully so, he told me to call tech support. Unfortunately, I didn't have a phone, so my machine was sent back to them. Long answer, wasn't it, Sammie? Sorry for getting off track.
