Hello Karyn, I agree with you and for the record! my reply was in response to the question of how a non braillenote user would chat with someone who was using Keychat. The two options that were given were that a non braillenote user could 1. Download software to utilize Google Chat or 2. Use Google mails integrated chat feature. I was simply giving another option. With all due respect, it would be nice if people would follow a conversation and understand what is being said before responding to it. Smiles.

to get Google chat to work, especially since this software was
advertised as
able to work with Google chat.
