You need to download Keysync 4 after installing 8.0. I use Office 2003 and have had few issues with Word documents. Oddly enough, I am unable to synchronize RTF files. I get an error that a Dll file is missing; don't remember which one. I am not sure how to fix this one and haven't researched it as of yet, choosing to just use my card reader for these files instead.
