Hi, all. I'm trying to learn to import files with my BrailleNote, but not
having much success. I have one end of the serial cable hooked up to the
Reading Edge, and the other end hooked up to the BN. I go to file manager,
translation, import, and choose serial. I choose text, and it asks if the
host device is ready. I've tried saying yes both before and after giving
the last command to the Reading Edge, but almost immediately the BN says 0
files imported. It's like it isn't even giving the Reading Edge a chance to
say hello. <grin> So what am I missing, and what can I try?
