Thanks J D for your e-mail.Next time I print a document of more than one page, I will do a reset, and see what happens.
Also, I had previously aborted a print job, so the buffer may have been affected.

Hello Peter and List:
Your printing problem interests me as I have a printing problem of my own. I have no explanation of the missing characters in the second page of your documents, but I would wonder if the cache in your operating system may be suffering a bit of corruption. Does it always do this or is it less likely to happen following a reset?
My problem happens in printing a week in the planner, a requirement of my job. Always on the first printing only the first line and a half gets printed. I have taken to exiting out of a print job just prior to the yes prompt, then doing the process all over again; this always averts the problem. I believe that the print cache easily becomes too small or does never empty completely following a print job.
It is all speculation, but try one of these solutions and let us know if they work for you.

Sometimes, when I print a two page letter from myVoicenote to myHP Desk Jet printer, an error occurs near the top ofthe secondpage. It usually involves a few charactersmissing.
Yesterday I wrote a two page letter, and the secondpage startedwith the paragraph: "I am writing to ask you torefund this taxifare".
If I had read this page using a talking scanner, theerror wouldnot have been detected. It involved the spaceafter the word"ask" being omitted, and the Y and the O from theword "you" alsomissing. Therefore, the sentence read: "I amwriting to asku torefund this taxi fare".
I normally use my Optacon to check the top few linesof thesecond page of any document I am sending out, whichis why I wasable to pick up this error.
Does anyone know how I can stop such printing errorsoccurring? The documents are correct on the Voicenote.
Best wishes.
