Has anyone figured out a way to read their Hotmail inbox on the BrailleNote, given the fact that Hotmail likes to play peekaboo with their mobile service (taking it off and putting it back, taking it off and putting it back). Looks like they've gotten rid of the mobile services for good this time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm really discouraged, not because of the Braillenote but because of Hotmail being as stubborn and inaccessible as it is. Again thanks in advance for your help! Hi Siena and Everyone, Unfortunately Hotmail isn't the only provider
of web-based e-mail that is doing what Siena has described. To a
certain Yahoo and Mobile Me does this from time to time. I believe
the reason is because these providers do maintainance of their sites
periodically and it takes about three or four days before they again
become fully operational. And to be honest, I know of no other
workarounds other than to set your parameters so that they are
minimally affected. If, on the other hand it persists, you may want
to check with your locak IP for communication issues. HTH. Richie
