Hello everyone.
Well, i've contacted hw and it turns out that my unit needs to be
re-serialised. So I am now the proud owner of an RMA number and
i'm sending my unit back on Monday for re-programming. It's not
quite what I was hoping for, but that's just life I guess
(smile). I suppose the one good thing about this is that they've
agreed to upgrade my unit to keysoft 8 before it's sent back so
that's something. Oh and another good thing is that they're not
going to charge for the repair either. So there are some
positive sides to all of this. Hopefully I should have my unit
back by Wednesday or Thursday.
Just thought i'd let you all know what happened.
