Hello,
Please do a service reset by pressing the record button and the
reset button at the same time.
Note:
Remove your memory cards while performing this reset so you do
not lose any data on them.
And one last thing,
Plug in your ac adapter as well.

I think I may have more than an email problem as my last attempts
to do a soft reset has my BN stuck on the Keysoft starting
message.
Think it might be the problem I had a while back where I was told
the flash drive went faulty.
