First, reset. If that does not work, try changing your smtp port to either
465 or 25, whichever you are currently not set to use. Honestly I doubt the
port number will help since it is not getting to the send mail stage, but it
is worth a shot. Ensure your pop is 995, and that ssl is set to yes for pop
and smtp.

Hello, again,
My brother just set up a gmail account for me and I entered the details
into my BN.
I am 100% sure the details are correct because I can access my account
online with the same details.
Whenever I try to use Keymail, it takes several seconds for the BN to even
connect then when it does, it gives me the message: "eror 1060."
What does this mean and how can I fix it?
This is new so any help would be appreciated.
