A question. When you send your PDF files to this web site, how
do you ask them to convert them for you? And, I am assuming that
you do this from the BrailleNote. Of course.

No, the BN still can't and probably will never be able to open
and read PDF files. Send your PDF documents to
[email protected].
Sometimes you may need to send it more than once before you get a
successful conversion, but keep trying.
