Hello Siena, sorry to hear that it's still not working for you.
When you reported the issues to them, did you use the form on the
error page or did you go to the feedback page? Just to be safe,
both times I've had these issues, I sent a message on the error
page as well as on the feedback page. I have not received any
email back from them, but! both times I've reported the issues
they have went away a few days after I sent the messages.
Anyway, I don't know of any other sites like skweezer.
