Tell your workplace to turn on the Exchange server POP3 connector
with
SSL support so KeyMail can connect and download your mail. Also
need
the SSL enabled SMTP server to send.
If the BrailleNote supports IMAP folders, I'd go for that instead
of POP.
Somehow I think all that is more likely than Exchange support.
Though,
it doesn't hurt to wish.
