Hello,

This may be because you don't have enough storage on your flashdisk.

If you store a lot of memos or other kind of file on the flashdisk, mmove the files to a memory-stick of some sort.

Next, try a reset with no keys held down.

Subject: [Braillenote] manual not accessible

When I use space-O to access options and type u for the users
guide, I get a
repeating message that the table of contents file cannot be
found. This
message repeats until the unit is reset. I have gone to the
keysoft drive
and looked under manual and have found the folder empty. I tried
a 123
reset and a 456 reset. It is still not there. Can anyone help?
