Maybe you have to unpack it, like a bookshare book. If you don't know how
just go to file manager menu and go to directory. Then fing the file and
press enter. And then it will ask you for a password. Usually the directory
option on file manager is used to unpack bookshare books or just regular
zipped files.

Hello; Listers I just wanted to say that I downgraded my BrailleNote to
keysoft 7.5 build 31. The reason was that I have a RFBD membership and I
want to be able to listen to the books using my BrailleNote! One question
though! How come when ever I enter the book it won't ask me for the pin for
the book? i Have the UAK installed on the BrailleNote and ready to go but
why won't it ask me for the pin? Its suppose to ask you for it! Please write
back.
