I reported this exact thing to the list a couple of weeks ago. Things like this interest me because there is always the chance that it could be a hidden feature or something. I've tried playing around with the "Product key?" prompt which seems to be the most likely way of finding a hidden feature, but I couldn't find any other commands apart from the ones that are already known.

Subject: [Braillenote] An insignificant but potentially
interesting find(continued)

Hi list.
I called hw a while ago, because I had some questions I wanted to
ask them. One of my questions was: why is it that when you press
an incorrect letter, such as Q, from the main menu, the
braillenote says the letter and beeps, but when you press the
letter Z from the main menu, it just beeps and does not say
anything? When I asked this question, the tech support person
basically avoided it. When I asked her if it was a bug, she said
it wasn't. When I asked her if it was some kind of backdoor to
get into something on the braillenote, she said it wasn't. Then,
she rudely cut me off, and asked me if their was anything else I
needed help with. The point is, I think their is something
hidden on the BrailleNote, that, for some reason, humanware
doesn't want to talk about.
My advice is, keep playing around with it. I know I'm going to!
