Hello. When you back the files up are you using the backup/restore
feature
found in the utilities menu? Just wondering because this can sometimes
decide where your files are being backed up. If you use this feature,
then
your files may be saved in a folder labeled with the date and the word
"Backup". Your data is all inside this folder and can be several folders
deep. Let me know if you need more details.
