If this is the case, they still should not send this particular market graphical e-mail that tells us nothing. It is discourteous to their customer base.

Hello All, I have been frustrated with this e-mail and so I decided to call Humanware this morning. I was told, that this e-mail that we are speaking of, is from Humanware, but that the information that is in that picture is a surprise. So I asked, when will we hear more information, and the rep said soon, and that there will be bits and pieces coming out in different e-mails. I don't know what that is supposed to mean, and I wish they would just tell us, but that is what I found out. Thank you, Robert Stigile > ----- Original Message ----- >From: "Rose Combs" <[email protected] >To: "'Chris'" <[email protected]>, <[email protected] >Date sent: Fri, 16 Oct 2009 07:49:57 -0700 >Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Good News FW: We don't just value your feedback. We act on it. >I don't like to beat a horse to death, but this was one really stupid way to >communicate with a population that is probably 99% visually impaired or >totally blind.
