I understand that. My message was intended to assist you in finding someone with whom you could discuss this issue, as that's generally what someone wants who is "frustrated." A desire to complain and do nothing else, that would be another word.

Customer service is only there to provide pricing and very basic
information.  I would recommend choosing Technical Support from
HumanWare's
phone menu, and asking one of those agents.  Customer service
should've also
transfered you to Technical Support when they realized that they
couldn't
help you.
