Agreed, but until they come out with a new design, if they ever do, we are stuck with it. I hate to give that answer, but there is nothing else to be said, as unfair as the situation can be.

When I think about it, it really doesn't sound at all fair that we should be deprived of something that we depend on so much for six to eight weeks for Humanware to replace the battery. It's not as though most of us can have two BrailleNotes, although I know some people do. I take mine with me everywhere practically.
