Well I don't think that you can. If you have KeySoft 7.2 or higher, then you can select multiple files at the same time and do whatever you want. Is yours really 5.2, if that's the case and it's the old pulse data braillenote, then there really is nothing you can do about it. You'd have to do it one at a time.
