Hi, you can also get the voice back with a C3 C4 Reset. This is ment to be fixed in the upgrade to keysoft 8 but I haven't gotten around to doing that yet. I will upgrade one of these days but at the moment my PK is totally ded and I need to do something about that. I am hoping that if I use the tool I have on my PC to reformat my flash drive it will fix the problem otherwise I will be contacting Humanware yet again about my PK. I don't have near as many problems with my MPower but it also doesn't get used as much as the PK.
