Hello All:

I saw the Reader at the recent Assistive Technology Industry Association
conference in Chicago. I have to tell you all, it's a pretty slick
piece of technology. I especially like the reading stand where you can
capture an entire book.

It offers very clear speech, and pretty quick reading of text once a
picture has been taken. While it's bigger than the KNFB Reader, it
features larger controls which I think will be easier for many folks to
operate.

The price is I believe $1699 U.S. dollars for the reader, plus $399 for
the stand.

Thanks,
