Someone in a later message said they'd seen it, the reader, at a conference and they heard $1695 or so. It might be an interesting alternative to k1000 or something. I've always wished I could tkae pics of books and not have a scanner on the desk. Something the size of a paperback book just doesn't feel really portable any more. Men would need a bag to cary it in, and that's just a pain when in a restaurant or something.
