For both questions, and this is from what I've reading: 1. There will be no CF slot. It only supports SD/SDHC. 2. The dictionary is preinstalled, however it requires activation for it to work. Humanware will give you an authorization key which you can put on an SD/SDHC card to activate the software. This is akin to activating JAWS except there's no demo mode I guess. Hope this helps.
