Does Humanware employ any payment plans? i.e The way computer
companies let you dish out payments of a certain amount each month. If
not, I think it's something they should consider.

If you have a classic (bn or vn), vn mPower, or PK, then you cannot
trade at all.
MPowers ordered on or after October 1 can be traded, at no charge, for
an Apex, though it is not clear whether this includes 18 cell mPowers
or only 32.

Otherwise, you can trade in your mPower:
32 cell drops the Apex price to $4,000
18 cell drops it to $4,800.
This is in U.S. dollars.
