Well, there is a discount of 2200 for MPower users, but that is still 3900 dollars we have to do. that seems a bit much to me, after all we could just get a laptop for that. with that price I'll most likely not be getting one, even though it'd help me so much

I totally agree with you Amanda. Getting a bit sick and tired of this mPower
I have to be honest. A good unit for notetaking, anything else is
practically impossible what with it being so old technology. Looking forward
to my Netbook which I shall receive for Christmas.

I think it would be cool if HW allowed us to send in our old units,
i.e an m-power, classic, or pk, for credit off the price of the apex.
This is cutting-edge technology that has been denied us for so long.
Now that it's here, most of us will be slammed up against the brick
wall that is the cost of the unit.

   Cheers,
  Amanda

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is any kind of trade in for the pk user? I don't
expect it to be the same as the mpower. Or maybe there will be an
equivalent
in the future.

I'm wondering what speech synthesizer the apex will use, eloquence,
keynote
gold or something else.
