Hi, all. I called Humanware Customer Service about the exchange program for
switching from the mPower to the Apex, and here's what Julie told me.
They're going to start making a list of people who want to do the trade-in,
and then when they have enough units ready, they'll start calling people to
send in their mPowers, and then they'll mail them back an Apex. She said it
will probably start around the end of December; it won't be before
Christmas. So I guess my mPower will come home to me from being serviced,
and then if I decide to do the trade-in, it will be going back in a short
time.
So that's what I was told.
