I don't think you can currently put your KeyMail file system on
another drive.
You can save an individual message to a file wherever you like
with space with "s" while in the message.
(Never tried it).

A feature that would be great would be when in keymail and when
asked in the email action what to do with an email, to be able to
move it to another drive would be fabulous! I know you can save
it to another drive, but to actually move it totally is my
thought!
