Hi, you can do it that way and when you get to the folder go down to the list and mark all the files. You do this by either space with x if on a Bt or control with space if on a Qt. Once all the files you want to copy are marked then hit enter and follow the prompts from there.

and key list

Hi Steve.
I appreciate your help! Can you go step by step?
So, from the main menu I press a, then c for copy?
Then what?
I seemed to get prompted to copy say names, but I want to copy
all the names in keylist!
Any help would be most greatfully welcomed!
Cheers.
Peter.

Hi Peter,

you certainly can do this for KeyList.
I usually use copy on the Address List file which will copy both
files of the database.
In KeyList go into options then select file and backspace twice
to get to the drive, and follow the prompts.
(Backup would probably work too, to copy the files except you get
the whole directory instead).

As for my favourites, never tried it, but you can move to
different folders, so probably.
I think the default for KeyWeb is always my favourites though, so
you have to change it every time.

Regards,
Steve.

Is it possible to back up what's in Key List to a card and then
actually read it whilst it's on that card?
If so, how?
Also, can you do that with what's in "my favourites" folder?
Again, if so, how?
Peter.

Hmmm, nope, a reset didn't make any difference. Was there
something I
should have done besides just copying the files over? Hmmm.

Sorry, Peggy. That's what has worked in the past for me. I
guess, try a
Reset, and perhaps that will force the BrailleNote to recognize
the files
as unprotected.

Well, just for good measure, I did the unprotect thing through
the file
manager on my Keybase file, even though it showed it was already
unprotected. It still shows access denied. Do I need to do it
on the
files before I copy them over? What am I missing?
