How about just:
basic FAQ: types of units, what is the bn, how is it related to other notetakers and/or netbooks, pricing...
help: the knowledge base articles you have
tutorials: the other kb articles that are not "help", like hooking up a bn for screen reader supplementation
contact: contact you with suggestions
further reading: links to hw pages, manuals, blogs, and so on
software: I think you can guess what this one is; drivers, links to the ks upgrades, even a link to my programs and games page

Not in that order, but I think it would help, and have all these links, plus the homepage link, at the start of all the pages with no text separating them, like a navigation menu. Also, any way to move the "last modified" info to the bottom of the page?

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] PBWorks: Suggestion for content simplifications...

Hi folks,

With the news of delay in shiiping of Apex, I would like to ask one more
question about the PBWorks site.

As part of BrailleNote PBWorks 6.0 release, I plan to revamp the content and the user interface of the site to simplify navigation and to allow new users to have a more welcoming experience. As part of this, I plan to introduce a new section that stores documentation and programs for BrailleNote family of
products, simplify the language and content of the Front/Intro page and
reorganize Support Hotline articles (at least some of them). If you folks
have any suggestions about this, let me know so that I can incorporate it
into the next Public Beta and/or implement it during Release Candidate
phase. If I cannot implement it in 6.0, I'l try to come up with a strategy
to implement it in the next version after 6.0 (most likelye next summer).

Again thanks for your continued support.

Cheers,

Joseph
