Dear Maurice: Firstly, I just want to thank you for the incredable developments with the braille note family of products since I got introduced to the braillenote in approximately 2000.
With the shipment nearly under way of the new braillenote apex, I am aware that there have been several major changes to the braillenote since the old classic model. I, personally, use the braille note daily, and love and appreciate the programs which are installed. However, I think the braille note is missing some features that school aged people, like myself, might need in the class room environment. For example, a while back, I was using the scientific calculater, attempting to find a dms key, which was required in a crucial unit I was doing in mathematics that week. It would have been fantastic if I could have enlisted the assistance of someone (not being a programmer myself) to install that key, and there-after worked with it until I did not have a need for it. This is where I think an sdk is critical, so that the owner can install his or her own programs. Yours cynceerly, Blake Ison, Australia. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
