When recalibrating your BN battery, you have to have the volume above 20, I put mine at 30 and don't plug an earphones in to the unit when it is talking. Put pillows over it to muffle the audio coming from it while it repeats its thing when recalibrating the battery. Also, and this is seemingly just as, if not more important than the volume thing, Turn Off Bluetooth. Don't ask me why, but HW support told me to do that and it did the trick. Thank God we won't have this nonsense to contend with when using the Apex. But, who knows how long those rather small batteries will last??
