Don't forget the Apex uses removable rechargeable batteries. So that might be why these issues are cropping up. I also suspect the battery is quite new so it will need a few full charges/discharges before it "remembers" your usage. Hope this helps.

Hi List,

I've noticed three things about the APEX this week. I don't know if
these issues are exclusive of my APEX or if others will notice them too.

1 My battery goes dead faster on the Apex than on the MPower.
I have to chaarge my Apex during the day. The MPower would last all day
with just it's over night charge.

2 Recharging the Apex's battary takes long.
It takes a considerable longer time to charge the Apex than the MPower.
Sometimes it stayse at 95% for 30 or so minutes before arriving at 100%.

3 The MPower gave you two kind of wornings when your have a "low
battary" and when the "battary is critical."
On the MPower I could still work even when the message said battary is
critical.
Yesterday, The Apex told me "battary is low," at 10%, and 3 minutes
after that, it shut down.

Again, these are just thoughts.

Thanks,
Frank.

PS. I'm sending this to tech support as an FYI.
