Yes, navigate to the flash disk, then press delete instead of enter. A bunch
of confirmations will come up, but okay them all. At the end, go through all
the remaining folders and ensure that nothing is left; you may not be able
to erase some folders completely. Do a reset on the bn, and everything
should be all set. Oh, make sure you delete all the files in the root of the
flash disk as well.

Could you kindly please explain in a little more detail. Do you mean that
you space down or press F to get to the Flash drive then press DEL from
there; or are you meaning that we need to go into the Flash drive then

You can connect your bn to activeSync, then, on the pc,
find your flash disk and hit the delete key. Go in after
it is done and ensure that everything is gone. Of course,
make a backup before you do all this.
