Hello All,
Well, after two days of playing with my new Apex, I am very disappointed in two areas. First, my m-power did not have any difficulty powering up either of my two Western Digital Hard Drives, one being 250 gb and the other being 500 gb. The apex will not power up either one, even though I have been told by humanware that anything under 300 gb will be fine. Second, when downloading e-mail, sending e-mail, and playing on the internet. I have tested the Apex, and compared with the m-power, and early today, I downloaded 35 e-mail with both at the same time, and my m-power downloaded all of the e-mail before the Apex could get to 15. This is very disappointing to me, as I am now sitting on 356 e-mails that have been downloaded today, as you can see, it is important that I download e-mail quickly. What I do not understand, is that tech support has stated, that keysoft 9 is the same as keysoft 8, because they had to start from somewhere, so if that is true, why is keymail and internet so much slower on the apex then the m-power, and if I can access the two above mentioned hard drives on the m-power, why can I not access them on the apex, since the Apex has more memory. Also, every other time I try connecting to the internet, I receive an error message, which I then have to go out to the main menu, go to options, then connectivity, then wireless and press enter on reconnect using existing configurations, once it has found my wifi then I can go back to the main menu then e-mail and send or receive, this is also very frustrating.

I just don't understand why these issues are taking place, and If anyone has any suggestions, or can figure it out, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,

Robert Stigile
