The card may not be working, even if it says it is ready. If possible, try a
different card. You also may want to reset or power cycle your router, a
process that your internet service provider can help you with.

Subject: [Braillenote] error 11001
Hello all. I encountered error 11001 when I tried to check my email using
a wired ethernet connection after a long time.
As far as I rmember it is Ambicom network card that I am using and it did
work before I upgraded to keysoft 8. I also cannot connect to internet. I
invaribly get page cannot be found message.
Network card should be working because I get "network card ready " message
when I insert it.
Please let me know the reasons for this error if possible. I will
appreciate the help.
