Hi Keith, Here are the USB keyboard equivalent of QT model keyboard keys: * CTRL: CTRL. * Left Alt: READ. * Right Alt: Function (commonly called FN). * Navigation keys are same - ARROW keys, HOME, END, PAGE UP, and PAGE DOWN. * ESC: ESC. * F1: HELP. * F2: REPEAT. * F3: MENU (Main Menu). * F4-F10: Corresponds to FN with numbers 4 through 0 (to go to Keyweb using USB keyboard, use FN equivalent with F10). * F11 and F12: Same as FN with DASH and EQUALS - mostly to control speech settings, namely volue, pitch, speed, etc. * CAPS LOCK: CTRL+SHIFT. On the USB keyboard, the CAPS LOCK key is used to make the letters uppercase. Hope this helps. Cheers, Joseph P.S. I'll try my best to incorporate this answer later on my site (as part of the command summary article if HW gives me permission).

If so, where are the specialized keys, like Help Function, Read, etc.? Thanks again.
