Remember that one feature of the Apex is that, if your battery is above 90%,
you will not get the apex to charge it. If you got it down to 89% and then
plugged it in, I am sure it would go up to 100%. If I misunderstood what you
are saying, then I apologize.
Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] comments on Apex browser
In my brief experience witht the Apex browser, I think that it performs just
like the one in the old Mpower units although things might load somewhat
more quickly. I was hoping it might stream more audio from various sites.
One of the easiest sites to stream is KCSM fm jazz if anyone is interested.
I don't know what kind of streaming tools they use but the voicenote and
Apex work great at streaming their audio.
On other matters, I didn't let my unit discharge completely so now when
plugged in all night, it only says 95 percent so guess I will let it go down
all the way next time I unplug it.
I also had a strange problem happen last night but don't know how I caused
it. I might have turned the unit off then on very quickly after turning it
off. At any rate, I got no speech or braille so I did a standard reset which
brought it back. Again, I'm not sure how this problem happened. Has anyone
else experienced this?
Having owned only speech units prior to this, I really love the ability to
place the braille cursor on a word and be able to replace it, run spell
check or whatever. Jim
