You open a new keyword file, then, when you want to insert a field, hit backspace-i and select the database and then the field. Once you are happy, close the file. Open the database to be printed and press p (for print records). You are prompted for a template name, and you select the file you just created. A sample file might look like this:
Name: (first name) (last name)
Phone: (home phone number)

where the things in parentheses are field names you selected by using the backspace-i command. Good luck, and let us know if you run into problems.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] Keybase & printing forms

Hello All,

I am wondering how to setup a keybase and then have it be able to
print one row and have it print it in a template that has other
information like a form setup and the keybase fill in the form?

God Bless,
Christopher
