Hello, I have a way to solve that problem with the email database. If your BrailleNote keeps saying that it doesn't have enough space on the disk, and you have 108 mb of memory available, then that is very strange. Therefore, you can follow these steps: 1. Go ahead and erase the "Dictionaries" folder on your flash disk, and say yes to every file that is protected or hidden. 2. Once you have deleted the dictionaries folder, press reset with Dots 4 5 6 and this will set your system to the factory original settings. Unless you have important settings or information on your flash disk, you might want to backup them, (I recommend doing this!) 3. Once you have pressed Reset with dots 4 5 6, you will be presented with some options you have to set up, such as operating language Preferred Braille grade, and the Internal Modem Country setting. These are default settings, and you can just press enter at those prompts if they are the required ones. then you will go to the Main Menu after the prompts and you will have to setup your default options (Like your keyboard voice, voice for the speech, and some other things like the media player and recorder as well as dictionaries if you have them customized)

You could also try freeing up your data base. Go into keymail.
Then type s then f and wait until it says how much memory you
have freed up.

Hello, Alex's way definitely fixes this issue. That's the way I
used to fix it, but I've found a way to fix it without losing all
of the emails. Copy the CDB file to another location. Delete
the CDB file in your email folder and reset your unit. Then copy
or move the CDB file back to your email folder. Then you should
be good to go.
Good luck.
Sincerely,
John

Sounds like the same thing that happened to me. I hate to say
it, but try
erasing email folders.cdb in the keymail folder. This will
completely erase
all your emails, but it may fix the problem. You could also try
running
"free database space" in the keymail setup menu, but I am not
sure that will
help. Now back to python coding...

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] annoying email problem

Hi all, I am having the most annoying email problem with my BN.
I have an
MPower with KS 8. Whenever I try to send a message or delete a
message it
says there is not enough space on the disk. I have 108 mb of
space free on
my flash disk. I've tried all the resets, but can't seem to
solve the
problem. Any suggestions?
