Yes the Bookshare support is added then, if it's an MPower user the newer
wireless card was also added which can be very helpful. Plus the ssl support
is there too

Personally I would stick with what you have for now, unless you use
instant messaging frequently and you are an Audible customer. I think
Bookshare support was also one of the new features but can't verify this
as I live in the UK.
