My nominal available charge will only go to 7 now and when I unplug my unit and let it run flat it still only goes to 7. It sounds like things may very for peple. I have a braillenote running ks7.2 build 55. I have had it for 3 and a half years and am waiting for funding to get it upgraded and a health check. What particular things can i get from the support info mode command in the options menu that tells me how good the battery is? i have read them on this list a while back, but can't remember them. Also i have to have the chargerin the bn at a certain angle so the bn will charge and the slightest movement stopps the charge. I tried a different charger that humanware sent me and was the same. I know the problem is braillenote, but can anyone explain what exactly it is. Thanks, louise. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
