Hi Alana, Often a memory stick will have a write protect switch somewhere on its housing. I'm talking about a physical slide switch that may sometimes be very easy to find and move or may at other times be well-hidden. If you have such a switch located such that it may be bumped easily, then it may simply be a matter of sliding the switch back into the writeable position. If this doesn't apply, do you have a PC or other device aside from your Braille Note that has trouble writing to the memory stick?

I can only view files on it, but aannot save to it using my mPower. Would reformatting help? I have checked the format options and it says fat32. I don't usually do that kind of thing, since I am not too familiar with reformatting disks. I know how to reformat it through the context menu. Thanks.
