Hi.
I've run into this problem from time to time and it is rather
annoying. However, I believe it is something to do with the
website trying to interact with the bn or do something that
KeyWeb or KeySoft does not support, so resets will not help. The
only workaround i've found is to go to www.skweezer.com, enter
the URL of the site you are trying to access in the search box
and press the "search" button. This method doesn't work for all
websites, but it is worth a try.

Hi List:
Just out of the blue KeyWeb is freezing up on me. I
can open up a webpage, but when I link to another
page the message dialog states: Fatal Error in
keysoft.exe - I'VE reset and reset, tried different
webpages.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
