Hi,
That card is supported starting KeySoft 7.5 build 29.
Here's the background:
The operating system that the BrailleNote uses already has provision for
using WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access). So it all boils down to the card.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] ambicom 54G

Hello fellow braillenote users. I was wondering, is it necessary to have
keysoft 8.0 if you want to use the Ambicom WL54G? I want to get that
wireless card because other the other wirless cards that are listed on HW
are not working for me. My internet at home is password protected and my
friend says that I would need the Ambicom 54G because it supports WPA. So I
was wondering is it that the braillenote needs the support for WPA or is it
the wireless card? I do plan on upgrading my braillenote to 8.0 hopefully
sometime soon. So if anyone can answer my questions that would be cool.
Thanks.
