Hi, I find this when I get messages in that one person has sent the same thing to a few lists I am on. Even though the braillenote recognizes that there are three messages two of them might be from the same person on the same topic so it will only download one copy of it. I have my mail set to delete off the server if in the trash so if I trash one of these messages all copies are then deleted off the server. One thing you could do is set your size down to the lowest setting and maybe then you can go through the download and see what the messages are. When I do this if I suspect that I have more then one message from the same person that the Braillenote will recognize as only one message then I check the info of the message and then I tend to skip it so leaving it on the server and then I can see how many messages that person really sent and to which mailing lists.
