Hi, The most likely problem could be that there is already another computer using the same IP address. A likely fix (for now) would be changing the IP address of your BrailleNote (if you are using static IP address where you are typing your own IP address) to something like 192.168.2.110. If you are using DHCP, that would be another story - you might want to change the IP address of the computer that uses the same IP address as your BrailleNote. Cheers, Joseph
