Hello Peter:

Glad that you found an answer and that your planner is up and working. Another way to work on this might be to use the KeyPlan database tool. From the KeyPlan menu use s and then f and allow the planner database to fix it's self.

I also clear up my planner every year or so but I just block and delete.

At the time of writing this e-mail, I have seen no
response to my
request concerning the planner not taking entries.

I have sorted it out now, by copying the whole of
last year's
planner into a word processor file, deleting the
block from the
planner itself, and it now works fine.
