Hi all, I don't seem to be able to set my Apex to display text documents in 6 dot computer Braille. It says that the text document reading grade is set to 6 dot, but the Braille actually shows up as 8 dot. I get the same result regardless of whether I set this parameter from within the Braille Options menu, or whether I use the Next and Advance thumb key shortcut. I like to be able to change this setting frequently, as my prefered reading grade is grade 2, but I work with various foreign languages and personalized dot combination assignments for unicode characters.
If anyone could check this for me on their Apex, I'd be very grateful. Before anyone gets the wrong idea, I'm not trying to bash Humanware in any way, I'm just wondering how to solve the problem, which may simply be due to user error.
