Hi Peter,

I get significantly fewer battery warnings on the Apex than on the mPower.  I 
get one "battery low" message when the battery has 10 percent remaining, and 
then a "battery critical" message when the level goes down from 4 to 3 percent. 
 I can go on using it for perhaps 15 or 20 minutes after that before it conks 
out.  I should point out that this is based on using just the braille display, 
without speech, and usually without WIFI or Bluetooth turned on.  Personally I 
quite like having fewer warnings, as I'm a bit of a compulsive battery charge 
checker anyway, but it can be disconcerting when these things change.
